Volunteers Needed for Buffalo’s Martin Luther King Jr. Park

On Friday, September 20 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., hundreds of volunteers are needed to assemble the latest Built to Play-enabled project in Buffalo. This playground will be built within Martin Luther King Jr. Park (175 N. Parade Street, Buffalo, NY 14211).

Volunteer work is needed and available for all levels of ability. There will be opportunities for youth ages 0-17 on Build Day surrounding non-construction activities.

All volunteers will have access to gloves and other safety materials, as needed. Breakfast, lunch and water will also be provided.
